We’re excited to officially kick off the campaign for Mayor Garrett Jones, Andrew Pollara & Brian Bambrick — three community-focused leaders committed to keeping Caldwell moving in the right direction.

Our priorities are clear: fiscal responsibility, strong public safety, improved infrastructure, transparency, and preserving the small-town character that makes Caldwell special.

We were honored to celebrate the Caldwell Volunteer Fire Department’s 125th Anniversary yesterday.

For 125 years, generations of volunteer firefighters have answered the call, protected our families, and embodied the very best of public service.

Congratulations to every past and present member of the Caldwell Volunteer Fire Department on this incredible milestone.

Thank you for all you have done, and continue to do, for our borough.

One of the promises I made as Mayor was to ensure Caldwell remains a community that honors those who have served our nation. This ordinance would provide local property tax relief for disabled veterans and their surviving spouses, recognizing the sacrifices they and their families have made.

Our veterans answered the call when our country needed them. Supporting them here at home is the least we can do.

100 days until election day!

Mayor Garrett Jones, Andrew Pollara, and Brian Bambrick are running to keep Caldwell moving forward.

Here’s what “moving forward” has looked like under this team:

• Secured a permanent home for Borough Hall, the library, and court at 80 Bloomfield Avenue - saving taxpayers money compared to new construction - and finally said goodbye to those temporary trailers
• Brought the borough budget back into the black for the first time in years
• Restored roughly $15 million in bonding capacity so we can finally fix roads and infrastructure
• Purchased a brand-new $1.67 million ladder truck and strengthened our volunteer Fire Department with modern equipment and technology
• Expanded the Police Department from 18 to 22 officers to improve public safety
• Ended costly sewer litigation and advanced major sewer plant upgrades, flood mitigation, and roadway improvements
• Reduced engineering costs substantially and moved forward on restoring the Old Library Building as a new Civic Center

That’s the progress we need to continue.
