The Caldwell School District is inviting students and teachers to learn more about the 2026 Supplemental Levy Election and participate in the Supplemental Levy Committee. 🏫💙💛

📅 Election Day: November 3, 2026
💰 Proposed amount: $5.8 million per year for two years
🗓️ Levy period: July 1, 2027 – June 30, 2029

If approved by voters, the proposed levy funds would be allocated approximately as follows:

🧑‍🏫Certified & Classified Staff — $3,500,000
🏀Activities & Athletics — $550,000
🚓School Safety & Security — $475,000
🚌 Student Transportation — $400,000
🌳 Grounds Upkeep & Maintenance — $225,000
📖 Accelerated Learning Programs — $175,000
💚 Behavioral & Mental Health Support — $475,000

🎓 STUDENTS: Participating on the committee may provide an opportunity to earn volunteer or community service hours, depending on your school’s requirements and approval.

🍎 TEACHERS: Teachers may participate as community members/neighbors, outside of their paid district duties and off payroll.

💬 This committee is an opportunity to learn about the proposed levy, ask questions, and participate in the community conversation.

Caldwell School District No. 132 will hold a Supplemental Levy Election on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. 🗳️

The ballot will ask voters to authorize a Supplemental Levy of $5,800,000 per year for two years, beginning July 1, 2027, and ending June 30, 2029.

📋 Proposed Annual Allocation

If authorized, the approximate annual levy funds would be allocated as follows:

👨‍🏫 Certified & Classified Staff: $3,500,000
🏈 Activities & Athletics: $550,000
🚨 School Safety & Security: $475,000
🚌 Student Transportation: $400,000
🌳 Grounds Upkeep & Maintenance: $225,000

🐾🔥 Rise & Roar Rally at Jefferson Middle School! 🔥🐾

Learning doesn’t stop when the rally starts! Students at Jefferson Middle School brought the energy with a celebration filled with fun, learning, and recognition. 💛💙

From recognizing Students of the Month 🌟 to competing in a fun game of Jeopardy! 🧠, students had plenty of opportunities to show what they know while celebrating their accomplishments.

Oh, and the teachers got in on the fun too! 👀 Teachers went head-to-head in their own game of Jeopardy, putting their knowledge to the test on everything they’ve been taught by their principal! 😂📚

And, of course, there was plenty of dancing, cheering, and school spirit! 🎉💃🕺

Congratulations to all of the Students of the Month! Your hard work and dedication are worth celebrating, and the Caldwell School District is so proud of you! 💛💙

Our administrators came together for a Professional Learning Team meeting to collaborate, connect, and talk about how we can continue strengthening learning plans across all of our schools.

Caldwell School District is announcing a supplemental levy of $5.8 million per year for two years, which will go before voters on November 3, 2026.

If approved, the supplemental levy would provide funding for important areas across our district, including:

✨ So much to be proud of, and so much more to look forward to! 💙
Another month has come and gone, and we’re taking a moment to celebrate all the wonderful things happening in our schools. From the incredible work of our students and staff to the moments that make our school community so special, there is truly so much to be proud of! 🏫📚✨

And we’re just getting started! We’re excited to continue sharing the stories, successes, and exciting things happening across our schools with our families and community.

Here’s to everything we’ve accomplished and all the great things still to come! 💙🌟

The first full week of school is officially for the books! 📚🎉 And what better way to celebrate than with a little Spirit Friday?! 🙌

Today, we’re rocking our NEW district shirts featuring all 9 of our schools + the District Office, with a special nod to the historic Lincoln Elementary now the Lincoln Learning Center. 🏫✨

These shirts are more than just something to wear they’re a reminder that while we may have different schools, different stories, and different communities within our district, we are all part of one Caldwell family. 💛💙

And if this first week is any indication… we have SO much to look forward to! 🎉

Here’s to carrying this spirit, this energy, and this sense of togetherness with us all year long.

Students in grades 8-12 are invited to join us on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Caldwell City Hall Council Chambers.

MYAC is a great opportunity to develop leadership skills, connect with community leaders, explore future career paths, and make a positive impact in Caldwell.
