The Town of Calhoun City is served by the Calhoun County School District. This District is home to the Bruce Trojans, the Vardaman Rams, and the Calhoun City Wildcats.

The Calhoun County Sheriffs’ Office will be hosting a community blood drive AUGUST 19th. The mobile blood unit will be set up at the MUTILPURPOSE BUILDING in PITTSBORO! Not at the sheriffs’ office.

That big green box in the yard is a pad-mounted transformer, not a bus stop. It carries serious voltage, so kids should never sit on it, lean against it, or set backpacks nearby while waiting for the bus. Give it a few extra feet and stay safe. 🚌🔌
