I forgot to take any pictures in the days leading up to this year’s McLean County Ag Fair, but I’d like to take a moment to thank the staff at Muhlenberg County Detention Center and Jailer Terry Nunley for allowing McLean County to utilize the inmates in preparing for this years fair. Those gentlemen worked hard in a couple of high heat index days making sure Myer Creek Park was clean and assisting in the finishing touches on the bleachers at the pulling track. So to those inmates, I say, McLean County and myself, thank you for a job well done!

It’s been a great week of training and fellowship with my brothers and sisters at the Kentucky Jailer’s Association Summer Conference. Congratulations to all the recipients for Jailer of The Year, Deputy Jailer of The Year, KJA Scholarships, KJA President, and our new KJA Board! Well deserved! To our past Presidents and Board members, thank you all for all that you’ve accomplished in making our Association as strong as it is! God Bless!
