We’re keeping a close eye on the weather, but as always, we’re a rain-or-shine market! ☀️☔️

This past Saturday, we enjoyed three incredible and busy hours before severe weather and lightning required us to officially close the market for everyone’s safety. Once the storm moved through, several vendors who remained on-site welcomed a strong wave of customers and enjoyed additional sales throughout the day.

As many of you know, the forecast has been especially unpredictable lately. We’ve seen days with a 95% chance of rain turn into just a quick 30-minute shower followed by beautiful sunshine for the rest of the afternoon.

With that in mind, we’re moving forward with tomorrow’s market and look forward to seeing our amazing community come together once again. We’ll continue monitoring conditions closely and will always prioritize the safety of our vendors, shoppers, and staff.

Thank you to RaLin and the entire project team for helping bring new life to one of Calhoun’s most historic gathering places. The renovated Calhoun Depot Plaza has already become a beautiful community space that blends our city’s history with new opportunities for events, fellowship, and downtown activity.
