Our office happily participated in a pinwheel parade this morning in support of Child Abuse Prevention month. As you can imagine, we see many different cases through the work we do each day, and this cause is close to our hearts.

The McLean County Sheriff's Office nor the Circuit Clerk's office will text you regarding unpaid fines. If you receive a text message, please verify with your Circuit Clerk's office before making any payments.

The McLean Circuit Clerk's office is open and, for time being, operating at regular hours. If there are any changes, updates will be provided.

Our office will operate according to our normal schedule tomorrow, January 29, 2026. We are diligently working to reschedule court dockets via court notices and court orders. If you have missed a court date, it will be rescheduled and you will receive notice by mail. If your address is not updated with the Circuit Clerk's office, please call to be sure your notice/ order is sent to the correct address.
