Completed the greenhouse bi-panel door with lightweight, clear, open cell, polycarbonate door. It opens outward due to its windward position. All made with on-site materials. We expect a long life for this door.
Staying relatively warm inside the greenhouse during cooler sunny fall days.

Interesting that our home is representing both the preventive measure for disaster storms and yet also the solution and threat of the coming of an apocalypse that was unknown to me.
I suppose that I should be more aware of such an interpretation of the concurrent political and social environment.

In the mean time

Self-watering sub-irrigation pots
Made by reutilizing terracotta tiles
Cut to make boxes
Sealed with waterproof acrylic caulking

When filled with water,
Water slowly passes through the unglazed terracotta
Whereby plants receive and the roots grow toward the pot.

It is feasible to have plants up to 1 foot away from the planter sidewalls

Growing PawPaw.
These select trees were propagated from a pawpaw patch. I was permitted to dig-up patch shoots extending from the main pawpaw. Planted in early spring, many are thriving. For the leafless saplings, scratching the surface reveals that the paw paw saplings shows life.

Building the Sub-tropics, a easy-step-down patio. Built with on-site earth, recycled crumbled brick and stone, and purchased 32 quantity $2.08 concrete blocks for planters; repurposed the zoysia (and reseeding) to allow for natural seating area.
