**PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT **

For those who live in and around town you may have been hearing a siren going off at 12(noon). The siren is located on a tower at the fire department and has been unused for the past few years, well that is being changed. We are going back to using the siren notifying when we have a call. We will also be setting it off at 12pm every(week day) afternoon. For now it may be intermittent due to having to manually set it off for calls, but once we receive our new base radio we will have it set up to go off for every call and every afternoon at noon. This siren is not just apart of our history but is also an aide in notifying our volunteers when we have a call as well.
