Over these past 2 years healthy teens have been masked & isolated causing a rise in mental health issues, depression, cutting, & su***des. This excessive overreach of government has not been worth the increase in addictions and psychological trauma our youth have endured. Only 1 person under 18 has died due to Covid, yet su***de has increased by 51% according to CDC. The current board has ignored

teachers asking for help, supplies are not in place, and teachers are losing morale. We need to make changes to help support teachers and students, before more leave the system. Not everyone has the opportunity to Homeschool. I also want all curriculum to promote "Vision and not Division". Instead of creating victim mentalities let's appreciate each ethnic diversity. I will work to remove all Critical Race Theory material from our school system and promote unity and teamwork. Martin Luther King Jr. said, " I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character". Let his words be our goal. Let him be proud of the America he fought so hard to liberate. Let's end racial segregation and injustice.
