Join us to learn how increasing vegetables and other fiber-rich foods can support heart health, improve digestion, help manage blood sugar, and keep you feeling full longer. We'll share practical tips for adding more vegetables to meals and snacks, choosing high-fiber foods, and meeting your daily fiber needs with simple, delicious ideas.

The class will be led by a Registered Dietitian from Dignity Health, Community Health Education. It is free and open to all community members.
