Celebrate the 4th at Washougal's 2nd Annual Non-Motorized Parade on Saturday, July 4.

The free, family-friendly, event begins at 10 a.m. at Hathaway Park, with participant lineup starting at 9:30 a.m. Decorate your bicycles, wagons, strollers, wheelchairs, scooters, or join as a walking group. Participants are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue and show their community spirit.

After the parade, enjoy games, bubbles, music, and free hot dogs while supplies last.

Please note:
• Motorized and electronic bikes, scooters, etc. are not permitted in the parade.
• Distribution of items along the parade route is not allowed unless approved and coordinated in advance with the City.
• The event is nonpolitical in nature.

Bring your family and friends for a fun-filled community celebration at Hathaway Park.
