One week ago, I added some letters to my name. Ed.L.D., to be exact. Only a few knew this was a desire planted in my heart back in 2016. Ten years later, God said desire to done.

I’m immensely blessed for the opportunity. A program that invites you to step back, reflect on who you are as a leader and who you desire to become, then surrounds you with remarkable resources to help you get there. I don’t take any of it for granted, and I’m excited to pay forward all that I’ve received as I keep navigating this thing called life.

And y’all, Y’ALL, my support system is PHENOMENAL. I felt so loved, seen, and held all weekend. My people showed UP and showed out, even the 100+ folks on Zoom!

Forever grateful. 💐

I have some news. 🤩

This week, I submitted my capstone, 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁-𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀, marking the conclusion of a 10-month residency at , a national nonpartisan civic leadership development organization.

The question I spent the year inside:
𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵-𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘭 𝘣𝘰𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘣𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘹, 𝘩𝘪𝘨𝘩-𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝘦𝘯𝘷𝘪𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴?

What I built in response? You’ll have to join me to find out. 🤭

On April 16th, I’ll present and defend this work as part of completing my Ed.L.D. at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. For 30 minutes, I’ll walk through how an inquiry became an organizational strategy and all the leadership learning in between.

Finishing a whole Doctorate at Harvard is a big deal. Hard stop. I was a little beside myself with excitement.

And apparently I like doing all the hard things at once because I’m running THEE Boston Marathon on April 20, 2026. (The Monday after I defend 🤭)

Honestly… I’m still like, girl, HOW did we get here?!
, I’m absolutely blaming y’all. You set the example for what’s possible and pulled me into a community where big goals feel normal.

Boston Marathon 2026 is on the horizon.

A dream I didn’t even know I had.
A milestone I earned.
A reminder that I am capable of more than I ever imagined.

To be continued….

Somebody tell PGA I’m tournament ready 🎯⛳️

I’ve tried golf before at the driving range and could never quite get into it. But thanks to the Branch Resource OpportuniTEE event—and a little coaching from the pros—ya girl is officially hooked!

Hands down, this was one of my favorite moments in Boston so far. The vibes were unmatched: great people, meaningful connections, and a whole lot of fun.

Big shoutout to Steven Branch for curating such an incredible experience. Feeling so grateful for this blessed life ✨

Eliot House has stood along the Charles since 1931—named after Charles W. Eliot, Harvard’s longest-serving president. Known for its iconic tower and strong community, it’s been home to poets, policymakers, and scholars alike. Grateful to walk through its halls before a 2-year renovation begins.

Teaching is my love language. ❤️📚

Education is one of the most powerful and revolutionary acts we can engage in, and I don’t take that lightly. I have the privilege of shaping the minds of future leaders, and that responsibility means everything to me.

One of the best parts of my doctoral journey? Being a Teaching Fellow. As I step into my final semester of classes (with a 3.8 GPA! 🙌🏾), I’m reminded that grades aren’t the most important thing—it’s the impact, the learning, and the relationships built along the way.

These course evaluations? They’re more than feedback—they’re affirmation that I’m walking in purpose.

This semester, I get to do it all again as a Teaching Fellow at the College, and I already know magic is about to happen. ✨

Grateful for the gift of teaching, leading, and learning. 💡
