PUBLIC HEARING - CRRF

The Community Reinvestment and Repair Fund (CRRF) reinvests a portion of Maryland’s adult-use cannabis revenues into communities disproportionately impacted by past cannabis enforcement.

In Dorchester County, these funds support community-based programs that expand opportunity, address local needs, and strengthen our communities.

Before funds are distributed, Dorchester County must submit a CRRF Distribution Plan to the State of Maryland. The County has developed a proposed plan, which is available on the County website ( https://dorchestermd.gov/crrf/ )for public review and comment.

Additionally, a public hearing will be held on September 15, 2026, at 6:05 p.m., in Room 110 of the County Office Building, 501 Court Lane, Cambridge, MD 21613, to provide an opportunity for comments prior to consideration of the proposed Distribution Plan.
