It was an honor to represent Foundation Hirondelle yesterday at the signing ceremony with the leadership from the houses of the Myanmar Parliament. We'll be back at parliament starting March 13 to work with journalists reporting on the legislature as this session comes to an end. Budget, tax law and other critical issues are being debated and voted on and it's important that citizens understand what's at stake and how these decision affect their lives.
