4-H is an out-of-school, hands-on learning program for people age 5-19. Youth choose a project that’s interesting to them and explore it with peers and caring adults. 4-H clubs are groups of youth who want to learn together and meet in every part of Minnesota.

Make sure you also try to catch a State Arts-In Show, either in person or via livestream: https://www.mnstatefair.org/competitions/livestreaming. 4-H'ers Abigail S. and Braeden W. are both State Arts In participants this year!

We’d love for you to join us at the State 4‑H Arts‑In Shows in the 4‑H Building and cheer on Abigail S., one of this year’s performers, and Braeden W., part of the talented tech crew making the magic happen behind the scenes!

Each show runs about 40 minutes and is an awesome showcase of youth creativity, teamwork, and stage production. Please note showtimes vary each day. Start times include: 11:30am, 3:30pm, 5pm, and 7:30pm

State Fair livestock exhibitors (except for dairy): livestock interview online test are due today! Tests need to be completed by 6 p.m. in order to be eligible for higher than a blue ribbon at the State Fair. Links to the video can be found on the 4-H Livestock Exhibitor Information page at z.umn.edu/StateFairLivestockInterviews.

Exhibitors will each view an educational video and then complete a specie specific test. The whole process will take 45-60 minutes to complete. Questions from the video will be included with specie specific information on the test.
