We are pleased to announce our upcoming Community Reentry Book Club meeting! We invite all community members to join us in a welcoming environment to discuss topics related to incarceration, reentry, and second chances.

Our next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 9th, at 7:00 PM. It will be held at the M. Allan Vogelson Camden County Library Branch, located at 203 Laurel Road, Voorhees, NJ 08043. Everyone is encouraged to attend, listen, and participate in the discussion.

Books for next month's meeting will be available upon arrival.

Yesterday, we had the distinct privilege of participating in the annual "Touch-A-Truck" event, hosted by Larc Norcross School in Bellmawr, NJ. We sincerely appreciate the Larc School for inviting us and our K9 Dori, as well as providing us the opportunity to meet and engage with their students!

We offer FREE workout sessions every Sunday morning at 9:15 AM. During these sessions, you will have the opportunity to work out with Sgt. Johnson, current officers, and Coach Mark of Supreme Body Training. It's a great way to meet team members, improve your strength, and build endurance!

Over the past decade, the Camden County Correctional Facility has made substantial progress in improving operational efficiency, reducing recidivism, and improving outcomes for individual's post-release.

Since 2015, we’ve achieved:
- 38% decrease in admissions
- 30% reduction in average length of stay
- 41% decrease in average daily population

These results reflect Camden County’s commitment to public safety, rehabilitation, and evidence-based practices that connect individuals with resources and services upon returning home to our communities.

Every step forward represents our dedication to rethinking a justice system that is safe, effective, accountable, and focused on creating positive outcomes for both individuals and our community overall.
