📣📣ATTENTION 🗣🗣 We know at this age papers and announcements don't always make it home so we wanted to POST this so no one misses an opportunity for 🦷🦷FREE MOLAR SEALANTS🦷🦷 for your student!

TN Department of Health is offering this service FREE of charge regardless of the child's dental care history or insurance status.

If your student goes to the dentist for regular twice a year cleanings and dental care- STILL ELIGIBLE ✅
If your student has never been to the dentist= STILL ELIGIBLE ✅
If your student has private insurance - STILL ELIGIBLE ✅
If your student has no insurance - STILL ELIGIBLE ✅
If your student has TennCare or other - STILL ELIGIBLE ✅

If you would like your student to have the free sealants done, please print and fill out the attached consent form and return to school ASAP❗️

5pm- Pickup times will be staggered according to grade- See picture below
