Today my office and I dressed in purple in honor of Overdose Awareness Month and in support of tonight's Camden County Government Remembrance and Hope Memorial Vigil at 7 PM at Timber Creek Park in Blackwood.

Camden County Government encourages everyone to wear purple on Monday, August 31st to show support, remembrance, and solidarity with all those affected by overdose. At 7 PM on August 31st, the Camden County Government will host its annual Remembrance and Hope Memorial Vigil at Timber Creek Park at 236 Taylor Avenue and Chews Landing Road in Blackwood. This event is rain or shine.

On Monday, the Camden County Government Veterans Affairs Office opened its new office at 1 Collier Drive in Blackwood at the Lakeland Complex. I'm excited to continue working with everyone there to help our veterans throughout Camden County. It's a great facility that will allow more accessibility for those who plan to visit the office.

The Camden County Government "Save the Monarch" event was great! Everyone loved learning about the butterflies and all the kids (and adults) had a blast! I was so happy I was able to be there with my grandkids.

If you’re heading off to college or know someone who is, please remember to sign up to Vote By Mail! You can register for the General Election and have your ballot sent to your college address if you’ll be away on Election Day (11/3/2026). Just remember to check your college mailbox!

On Friday night, my office was out in Alberta Woods Park in Camden at another Camden County Police Department Summer Fun Night! It was a great night sharing our office's services and making sure residents know about Vote By Mail!

Congratulations to Corinne Cowling! Her winning sticker will now be featured on the postcards that confirm your Vote by Mail Ballot has been received! Today my office had the pleasure of meeting with her, discussing her upcoming college career, the workings of the Election Division and giving her a tour of the office. We are excited to promote her artwork throughout the County this coming Election Season!
