🇺🇸 Celebrating the 8th Annual Patriot Ride! 🇺🇸

This week, the Veterans Assistance League held a special ceremony to recognize Amy and Jimmy Ford and the incredible work they have done for the Veterans here at the Cameron Veterans Home.

Amy and Jimmy recently held their 8th Annual Patriot Ride, and thanks to the tremendous support and generosity surrounding this amazing event, they presented the Veterans Assistance League with an incredible check for $116,000! ❤️🤍💙

For eight years, the Patriot Ride has brought people together with one common purpose — supporting and honoring our Veterans. The dedication, time, and heart Amy and Jimmy continue to pour into this event year after year is truly remarkable.

We also want to extend a HUGE thank you to all of the amazing volunteers who give their time, energy, and hard work to make the Patriot Ride possible each year. An event of this size and success takes so many helping hands behind the scenes, and we are incredibly grateful to each and every person who plays a part in making it happen! 🇺🇸👏

The funds raised will help the Veterans Assistance League continue providing programs, activities, experiences, and other opportunities that directly benefit the Veterans who call the Cameron Veterans Home their home.

⛳🇺🇸The 27th Annual Cameron Veterans Home Assistance League Golf Tournament was a tremendous success!

Held on June 20, we were blessed with beautiful weather and a wonderful day on the course. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the golfers, sponsors, donors, and volunteers who helped make this event possible.
A special thank you goes out to our dedicated volunteers whose hard work and commitment helped ensure everything ran smoothly throughout the day.
Most importantly, every dollar raised through this tournament goes directly to support the Veterans living at the Cameron Veterans Home, helping provide programs, activities, and special opportunities that enhance their quality of life.
Thank you to everyone who participated and supported this event. Your generosity and dedication make a meaningful difference in the lives of our Veterans every day. ❤️🤍💙

The Assistance League has been hard at work getting everything cleaned up and looking beautiful for the Patriot Ride this Saturday, April 25th 🇺🇸 Volunteers spent time landscaping the Silhouette Memorial at the Veterans Home to ensure it’s a meaningful and welcoming space for all who attend. We’re looking forward to a great event honoring our veterans!
