Behind every successful emergency response is a team that never stops training. 🤜🤛
Yesterday, in honor of EMS Week, our providers spent the day focusing on what matters most: high-quality care. We ran advanced cardiac arrest scenarios, focused heavily on the fundamentals of high-quality BLS CPR, and held team competitions to perfect our compression and ventilation rates. We also spent critical time discussing the mental health aspects of cardiac arrest and how to support grieving families during death notifications.
We also hosted a BBQ lunch together as a family.
We would like to thank everyone for their hard work And dedication to EMS !

A massive thank you to The Wildcat Sports Pub for their ongoing and incredibly generous support! Today, they graciously donated food to the dedicated crews at both WAVES Ambulance and Minoa Ambulance.

As many of you know, our local emergency services community is close-knit, and several WAVES employees also serve with Minoa. The Wildcat team wanted to make absolutely sure that the EMS crews at both locations were well-fed and taken care of today.

We truly appreciate you supporting our crews during EMS Week! Community partners like you keep us fueled and moving forward.
