Julian Fuentes Camp Hill Prison in Pennsylvania 5/1/22. In prison. Each inmate's needs are layer for by tax payer's dollars. It is said its around $50 thousand dollars a year to house each Pennsylvania inmate. From what I see the D.O.C uses $5 thousand dollars if that. And keeps the rest of the money. Maybe for the c.o's salary. All these c.o's have is a high school diploma. There is no other Job that pays as much. And gives the medical benefits how the D.O.C does. Anyways the other day I seen the employees dropping off 10 inmate mattresses per block. Mind you there is 250 per block and there are 13 blocks. The D.O.C often request funds for inmate supplies and keeps the money.

Julian Fuentes Camp Hill Pennsylvania. Today 4/25/22 Between twelve and three o clock in the afternoon. My mom came to visit me. This c.o before and after said to my Mother. "What would a beautiful woman like you be doing". "Wasting your time seeing someone in prison". My mother replied I'm here to see my son. SMH During the visit a group of other women visitors were observing how my mother and I were in noting our visit. This one c.o noticing this. Was starring so hard he was making my mother upset. I told my mother this man wants me to address this so he can in trap me and terminate my visit. So we tried to ignore it. Mind you there other inmates and some beautiful women to look at instead of me. The c.o.s had to have noticed my mother's wedding ring. But would hope to brag about what they have done to my mom if she was that type of person. Pennsylvania prisons are like this cause they are untouchable. Because of courts and major players/rich people have there money tied up with this making money off of people in prison. And their minions the c.o's are protected with prison time if you straiten them out. Cowards.

Sorry I haven't been posting on this like I should. Julian Fuentes Camp Hill prison in Pennsylvania. I would like to share Pennsylvania's sentencing with who ever reads this post. Well Pennsylvania does 5 to 10 sentences. States like California give flat sentences like 5 years. In Pennsylvania they will not let you out until you have served at least half of your sentence. And is allowed to keep you until your max date. California gives good time. Such as if your "good" you can get out in 3 or 4 years. When you see the parole board in Pennsylvania. You have to be 9 months clear of a class one misconduct in order to be released. Now c.o's often make lies to write you up for. Messing with ones chance to go home. By the courts in Pennsylvania practicing this type of sentencing. Gives the prison employees and c.o's something to hold over our heads. This is to create less work and more control in prisons. California on the other hand. They are not sabotaged by the same torments. Here in Pennsylvania we need these parole hearings recorded. Because the parole people curse at us and talk foul. To try to get you to give them a reason to deny your freedom. The courts and prisons. Complement each other.

I am a Camp Hill prisoner here in Camp Hill Pennsylvania. Reporting to whoever see's this today 11.14.21. The medical department here has been mistreating me. I have granulomas in my lung and heart. After I complained about constant chest pain. They allowed me to have an x-ray. Which came back showing granulomas. There is a doctor, call him doctor V. Said to me that the specks could be calcified. COULD. But the specks may also be cancer. I fell out 2 weeks ago from being short of breath. This nurse, Mrs. G asked me what's wrong, I said I couldn't breathe. And I am dizzy. She told me I am having a panic attack. SMH. Mrs. G may have documented it with the medical department as such to prevent me from going to hospital. My guess is because it creates more work for the medical department here in the prison. As far as the paperwork sending an inmate to the hospital. So they have known for 3 months that I have granulomas. Last week 11.9.21 was told by Dr. V that I was approved for a CT scan. Every day for almost 3 months my heart and lung aches. When will I get medical attention. It is December 1, 2021. Please help me and other inmates that face this kind of neglect and mistreatment within the walls.
