Good evening everyone, we would like to thank you for all the prayers that have gone up for our firefighters and those of surrounding counties who have been assisting RS with their fires.

With all this comes expenses. Lots of fuel, tires and so much more.
We would greatly accept any and all donations to go toward our fire dept. when I say anything we appreciate it. Gatorade is a big one. Dan and some of our men have been back out there again since 9 this morning.
They were called out by the Edwards County EMC and we will answer the call.

We thank Jailhouse for feeding our men and those of other departments. It is greatly appreciated and for all those that have gone out of their way with any type of assistance, and for all the men and women fighting out there.

With Deep Sadness

It is with profound sadness that the Caldwell County Constable’s Office, Precinct 2, announces the passing of Environmental Crimes Investigator Ryan McKnight, who tragically lost his life today in a drowning accident in Uvalde County.

Ryan was a highly valued member of our office, an exceptionally hard worker, and a true team player. He earned the respect of everyone who had the privilege of serving alongside him, and his loss is deeply felt throughout our Constable’s Office family and the community we serve.

Our hearts are with the McKnight family, our Constable’s Office family, our law enforcement family, and everyone who knew and loved Ryan. We ask that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.
