❓❓❓DID YOU KNOW ❓❓❓

Campbellsport Area Food Pantry is only able to serve our community because of the generosity of people like YOU! Every donation truly matters.

The Campbellsport Area Food Pantry ONLY serves families within the Campbellsport School District. At the last distribution, we were able to help 57 families!! 57 local families who need a little extra support from their community.

We know times are tough for everyone, and we understand that not everyone is able to give a lot, but if you are able to donate even one item, it would be greatly appreciated.

📍Donation drop-off bins are located at Campbellsport Village Hall, 470 Grandview Ave.

Thank you for continuing to support your neighbors. ❤

With great sadness, we share the news of the passing of a beloved member of our community, Chuck. We are deeply grateful for the years of service and care he gave as a school crossing guard, helping keep our children safe and welcoming them each day. We will miss his smile and funny personality. The Campbellsport Police Department expresses our heartfelt sympathy to Chuck's family, friends, and our entire community.

🎊Happy 9 Year Anniversary🎊

We are celebrating Danielle as being apart of our team for the past 9 years. Danielle does it all! If you call the PD, she is the voice you hear. If you come to the PD lobby, she is the face you are greeted with. If you need a police report, she is the one to get it ready for you. If you need to pay a ticket, she can help you with that.

Besides everything she does for the public, she is the glue to our department. She processes ALL of our police reports, sends information and statistics to the state, completes our audits, and most importantly keeps Chief Dowland on task. 🤫🙃 She always is willing to volunteer herself, her husband, AND her kids to help us at community events. She is the definition of team player.

We need Danielle! We appreciate Danielle! We are thankful for Danielle!

THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO!

Please refrain from going to the area. We appreciate Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office continuing to investigate in the disappearance of Bobby Jo Fritz.

Date: July 21, 2026
Incident: Robert “Bobby Jo” Fritz Investigation Update
Authority: Sheriff Ryan F. Waldschmidt

The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office remains steadfast in its commitment to investigating unsolved crimes and cold cases, including an investigation into the disappearance of Robert “Bobby Jo” Fritz on May 14, 1983.

On Thursday, July 16, 2026, Sheriff’s Office detectives executed a search warrant related to this case at the village of Campbellsport home Bobby Jo lived in at the time he went missing. During the search, potential evidence related to the case was located. As a result of those findings, a larger scale excavation is currently taking place inside the basement of the home. Detectives are currently working in coordination with agents from the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation and the Crime Lab to identify, collect, and process any additional evidence that may be located.

The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office is dedicated to uncovering the facts surrounding Bobby Jo’s disappearance and bringing closure to his family. As this remains an active and ongoing investigation, additional information will only be released at a time when it will not compromise case integrity.
