The Taylor County Extension Homemakers are looking for vendors for our Annual Holiday Bazaar on Saturday, November 21, from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. at the Taylor County Extension Office. Handcrafted items only! Vendor tables are $25 each, with a 3-table limit.

🧵 Learn the Basics of Quilting! 🧵

Have a sewing machine and ready to take the next step? Join the Taylor County Extension Office for our Basic Quilting Class and learn foundational quilting skills in a hands-on, supportive environment.

Participants will learn: ✔ Fabric selection
✔ Rotary cutting and fabric preparation techniques
✔ Accurate sewing and consistent seam allowances
✔ Batting, backing, and quilt layering basics

📅 Optional Fabric Shop Trip
Saturday, October 31
Leave at 10:00 a.m. and return by 2:00 p.m.

🧡 Blankets of Love 🧡

The Taylor County Extension Homemakers are spreading warmth throughout our community! In September, 3 Blankets of Love were donated, and we’re ready to make even more. 🧶❤️

We are accepting donations of:
🧵Fleece: Each blanket requires 4 yards, or you may donate 2 yards of coordinating fleece
💵 Monetary donations are also greatly appreciated!

Donations may be dropped off at the Taylor County Extension Office, 1143 South Columbia Avenue, Campbellsville, KY.

Create Your Own Homemade Vanilla Extract!

Have you ever wanted to make your own vanilla extract? Join Taylor County Extension Homemaker Cindy Humle and learn the art of creating rich, flavorful homemade vanilla extract that makes a wonderful addition to your kitchen or a thoughtful handmade gift!

📅 Choose the session that works best for you:
🕠 Thursday, October 15 at 5:30 PM
OR
🕜 Friday, October 16 at 1:30 PM

💲 Cost:
✅ $10 for Taylor County Extension Homemakers
✅ $15 for non-Homemakers

Participants will create their own vanilla extract and learn tips, recipes, and ideas for using it at home.
