This page is not intended to circumvent regular communication channels for sharing individual issues and concerns. Comments regarding individual issues with the District, a school or staff member will be removed. This page is not intended to boost product sales or run for political office. 🌟 ONE TO WATCH | Inman Elementary 🌟

We’re kicking off our first month of One to Watch at Inman Elementary by celebrating three Eagles who make IES a special place!

🦅 Bella Bondarchuk
Third grader Bella Bondarchuk is kind, hardworking, and a great example to her classmates. We especially love something Bella recently shared: “I’m okay with making mistakes—that means I get to work to fix them.” What a great way to look at learning and growing!

🍎 Ms. Bailey Condrey
Ms. Condrey teaches our 3- and 4-year-old PCD students, and for many of them, she is part of their very first school experience. She works each day to help her students learn, communicate, build confidence, and become more independent. The growth happening in her classroom is something to celebrate!

💙 Ms. Tamika Hull
Ms. Hull works hard behind the scenes to make sure IES is ready for students and staff each day. She spent countless hours this summer getting the school ready for a new year and is always willing to jump in and help wherever she is needed. Most of all, she brings a positive attitude to her work and to those around her.

🚌 Mrs. Mathis is ready to roll… unfortunately, this bus won’t get our students very far!

Spartanburg One needs school bus drivers to help keep the REAL wheels going round and round!

Bus drivers are often the first Spartanburg One employee our students see in the morning and the last one they see in the afternoon. A friendly face, a safe ride, and a caring adult behind the wheel can make a real difference in a child’s day!

This week, we celebrated an exciting milestone as we officially broke ground on the construction project at New Prospect Elementary School.

This project is the first construction project in Spartanburg One in more than 20 years! This addition and renovation will bring new classrooms, a cafeteria, and a playground to better serve our students for years to come.

Thank you to our Board of Trustees for their leadership, our students and families for celebrating with us, our teachers and staff for the difference they make every day, and our project partners—McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture, Thompson Turner Construction, and LMG Project Management—for helping bring this project to life.

Most importantly, thank you to our community. Your continued support and investment in Spartanburg One made this project possible, and we are grateful for your commitment to our district.

We can't wait to watch the progress over the coming months and welcome students into these new spaces.
