Some are asking, highway 62 is open between 250 and 129.

Highway 62 is temporarily open from 250 to 129, OVEC has removed the transmission line from the road. However they have a crew in route to install a new line this evening and the road will be closed for that. We’ll keep you posted when we learn more. UPDATE! work will begin around 6. REMC will be taking their line back out of service while they are replacing the transmission line. Work will go into the night and the road will be closed. I’m told it could be sometime in the morning before power is restored and the highway opened back up.

State road 62 is closed from 250 to 129, large transmission power line down across the road at the bottom of Poplar ridge rd. No information on when this will be fixed.
