“This year has been a great one, I can’t believe I’m already heading into my junior year of college. This year I went on multiple trips with the Criminal Justice department, had a semester abroad in Ireland, and far more! Academically, I remain in great standing and have enjoyed my courses and grown a deeper love towards a career in law enforcement. My favorite part of this year was my internship at a local police department in Vermont, where I accompanied them for about 4 months and learned the ropes. Going into Fall 2026, I’m looking forward to having a great rugby season, and beginning my role as Resident Coordinator.
I’m so grateful for Friends of Mascoma and their support in my academic journey!

“I had a great year! One of the highlights was serving as the CCSNH Board of Trustees Student Representative, where I was able to advocate for students and gain valuable leadership experience. I also had the opportunity to attend PTK Catalyst and was honored to be elected as the New England Region Vice President of Leadership. It was a busy but incredibly rewarding year, and I’ve grown a lot both academically and personally.

I’m looking forward to continuing my education and taking on even more opportunities in the coming year!”

Nickels for Change just doesn't have quite the same ring to it. Don't even get us started on Dimes for Change. 😅

The Co-op's 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 program lets customers round up to the nearest dollar amount every time they shop.

Each month we donate 80% of the funds to our 4 food access partners, and 20% to our chosen community partner. Our food access partners include LISTEN Community Services , Upper Valley Haven , Willing Hands , and Friends of Mascoma Foundation.

Our community partner in April was Good Neighbor Health Clinic & Red Logan Dental Clinic . Thank you for supporting our awesome friends! 💚

Friends of Mascoma is saddened to hear of the passing of longtime volunteer Mabel. Mabel spent countless hours in our pantry helping stock shelves, organizing, and welcoming shoppers. Her steady presence and commitment to our Friends Feeding Friends pantry, and the foundation as a whole, will be greatly missed.
We send our deepest condolences to her family and hope they feel the support of the community around them during this difficult time.
