Today, members of the Canajoharie Volunteer Fire Department had the opportunity to participate in a Grain Bin Rescue Training hosted by the Ames Volunteer Fire Department.

A huge thank you to the Ames Volunteer Fire Dept for the invitation, your hospitality, and the opportunity to train alongside your members and other mutual aid departments. These hands-on training opportunities are invaluable in helping firefighters prepare for the unique challenges and hazards associated with grain bin emergencies.

Training like this strengthens our skills, builds partnerships between departments, and ultimately helps us better serve and protect our communities.

Thank you again to everyone involved for making this training a success!

Today we had the pleasure of participating in the Fonda and St. Johnsville parade! 🇺🇸

It was an incredible day filled with community spirit, smiling faces, and a shared appreciation for tradition. We are always honored to be part of events that bring people together and celebrate what makes our communities so special.
