Did you Know? 🤔

The Town of Canandaigua is the final resting place for over a dozen Sons of Liberty who fought for American freedom?

On the corner of County Road 32 and Woolhouse Road, you'll find The Hunn Cemetery. Why is this special, you may ask? Hunn Cemetery is the oldest known burial ground in Canandaigua, where some graves are well over 200 years old!

You'll also see some magnificent oak trees that are the oldest trees in Ontario County. These oak trees are designated Heritage Trees by the town and have been ages at over 300 years old!

Learn about our Town by wandering through Hunn Cemetery and reading the historic markers and gravestones!
