What an unbelievable summer that was had by our Phoenix Summer Day Camp campers this year. From week 1 to 6 we were on the go! Thank you to all who hosted us for our fabulous field trips including RMSC, Cummings Nature Center, Rochester Red Wings, Canandaigua Movie Theatre’s, Genesee Country Village and Museum, Minnehan’s Fun Center, Onanda Park, and of course Kershaw Beach. A Big Thank you to the Bus Drivers and everyone at the Canandaigua City School District Bus Garage for getting all our campers and staff to and from our field trips safely. A special thanks to our guest, Seneca Park Zoo, Canandaigua Firefighters, Tornado T’s, and Scoops Ice Cream Truck. We appreciate all the support from the community that help make these trips possible and our summer a success from Kiwanis Club of Canandaigua, The VFW of Canandaigua, the United Church in Canandaigua and Canandaigua Rotary Club.
We could not have hosted camp without all the absolute amazing summer camp staff that we had- a huge Thank you! But most importantly, the biggest thank you goes out to all the Campers that attended this summer. They are the ones who made summer such a unique and unforgettable experience this summer in all the fun adventures that was had.
