This week we are highlighting our District Manager – Kris Wright.
He may not like us pointing out how many years he’s put in but we’re going to do it anyway. Kris has put in 29 years! That means he’s got the knowledge and experience that only those years can bring to the table. He’s steady, sharp and easy to work with. He holds the line.
And despite all those years of hard-won wisdom he remains a devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys. We will forgive him for that small flaw.🏈

Employee Spotlight: Israel “Izzy” Herrera-Ramirez – 31 Years

Some people show up to work.

Israel “Izzy” is firmly in that second category.

With an astonishing 31 years under his belt as an equipment operator out of Canby, Izzy has seen just about everything this industry can throw at you and handled it with the kind of steady skill and experience you can’t teach.

But if you’ve ever met him, you know it’s not just his experience that stands out.

Izzy is super friendly, always talkative, and the kind of person who makes a long day feel a little shorter just by being around. Whether he’s catching up with coworkers or keeping things moving out in the field, he brings energy and personality with him wherever he goes.

Three decades in, and still showing up with that same spirit? That’s something special.

We’re lucky to have you, Izzy!! Thanks for everything you’ve given to this team over the years 👏

Employee Spotlight: Brian Deines

Some people grow into the job…

Brian was practically born into it.

From hauling trash cans over his head as a tough little kid to serving our community for the past 22 years, this line of work runs deep in Brian’s family—and it shows in everything he does.

Dependable, hardworking, and always showing up with that quiet “just get it done” attitude, Brian is the kind of driver you can count on day in and day out.

When he’s not on route, you might find him spending time with his dog, Randy, or pushing himself even further, like running the Hood to Coast Relay in 2025. Because apparently hauling carts isn’t enough cardio.

We’re proud to have Brian on the team and grateful for the years he’s given to this community.
