💛 CAREGIVING COMES IN MANY FORMS 💛
You may be a daughter, a son, a spouse, a friend,
A neighbor, a coworker—or simply someone who lends a hand.
You may help every day, or only now and then,
With meals, appointments, medications, errands—or just being there.
If you care for or support another person, you are a caregiver!
You don’t need a title, special training, or a certain number of hours for your care to matter.
Caregiving can be rewarding, overwhelming, confusing—and sometimes all of those things at once.
Whatever your role looks like, you are not alone.
🌼 Rackleff Place is here to help. 🌼
We have provided a list of helpful resources in this post for anyone who may need support, guidance, or answers.
