🔥❄️⛈️🌊Emergency Preparedness Starts With a Kit 🧰
Disasters don’t wait — and neither should your family. Take a few minutes this week to build or check your emergency kit. A basic kit should include:
• Up-to-date contact information
• Any essential medicines
• A stocked first aid kit
• An extra phone charger or power bank
• Copies of important documents (ID, insurance, medical info)
We encourages every household to be ready. A little preparation now, can make a big difference later.

🚒 A Safety Message from Your Local Fire Department 🔥
As temperatures drop, many families turn to space heaters to stay warm. Please take a moment to keep your home and loved ones safe:
• Keep all space heaters at least 3 feet from anything that can burn
• Plug heaters directly into a wall outlet — never into power strips or extension cords
• Place heaters on a flat, stable surface where they can’t tip over

Your safety is our priority. A few simple steps can prevent a dangerous fire and help everyone stay warm this winter.
