Hi everyone, thank you so much for joining this page... now for what it is really about! - for all of you who know our dad, or those of you who don't personally know him but know the house- He has always loved Christmas and works so hard every year to make sure he does what he can to spread some Christmas joy by lighting up our family home. This is something he usually starts working on in October
, with the OFFICAL LIGHT UP being on thanksgiving night, it has always been something he loved doing, the neighbors have always been a great help too! This year, while the lights are up, he has hit a few bumps in the road recently and feeling not his usual "Christmas" self. He is starting to lose some of the joy that the Christmas lights bring, to not only him but so many, he lost his mom a few months ago and also his dog who was his best friend just a few days ago unexpectedly, and the windy weather has caused him some havoc in the yard as well recently. It's heart breaking to see our dad have a hard time, especially this time of year as he normally is shouting Christmas cheer! We are asking you please if you know him, have seen his lights, enjoy his lights or even if you haven't and just want to send him a little cheer. We would greatly appreciate anyone who joins in on sending him some joy right now and helps him to remember just how much he loves this time of year and why he started doing these lights in the first place years ago! If you know him (Chris Cole) - hence the naming Saving CHRIStmas- personally - please keep this page under wraps as we are trying to surprise him! he has been blocked from it, just use caution if you share the post so that he does not see.
