Cannon Library is subordinate to the 27 Force Support Squadron and provides professional library services to support the informational needs of the mission, education, and recreation of the Cannon AFB community. 🔬 S.T.E.M. is back! 🚀

Join us tomorrow at 1PM for our first S.T.E.M. class of the year! We’ll explore “What Is Science?”, learn about different fields of science, and meet some of the scientists who shaped them.

We’ll also introduce the scientific method and start our science notebooks, which students will use throughout the year to record observations, findings, and experiments. 📓

For our first project, we’ll build the tallest tower possible using index cards and tape while testing different shapes and designs! 🏗️🧪

Come ready to learn, experiment, build, and ask questions! 🚀
