Cannon Air Force Base Library Welcome to the Cannon Library's Official page! In addition to keeping it family friendly, we ask that you follow our posting guidelines here. Air Force.

Cannon Library is subordinate to the 27 Force Support Squadron and provides professional library services to support the informational needs of the mission, education, and recreation of the Cannon AFB community. Join us today for an exciting, hands-on S.T.E.M. class as we explore the powerful forces that shape our planet!

We’ll learn how to classify tectonic plates, discover how plate movements cause earthquakes, and explore the amazing landforms they create.

Then, we’ll get hands-on with a tasty experiment! Using graham crackers and frosting, we’ll model different plate boundaries and see what happens when Earth’s plates collide, move apart, or slide past one another.
