We are proud to recognize our dispatcher, Danaka and CCPD Officer McGeeney, for attending the North American Active Assailant Conference (NAAAC) in Detroit this year.

The NAAAC Conference brings together public safety professionals from across North America to share knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices related to active assailant response, emergency communications, and community safety. Through educational sessions, expert speakers, and networking opportunities, attendees gain valuable insights that help strengthen preparedness and response efforts in their home agencies.

We are proud of Danaka for representing our agency and taking part in this valuable learning experience. Opportunities like this help our team continue to grow, stay current with industry standards, and bring new knowledge and ideas back to better serve our community.

A note from the Author:

"June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness, reducing stigma, and encouraging important conversations about mental well-being.

This month's newsletter highlights the importance of supporting the men in our lives, recognizing the challenges many face in silence, and fostering a culture where seeking help is seen as a sign of strength.

We encourage everyone to take a few moments to read this month's newsletter and consider how a simple check-in or conversation can make a meaningful difference.

Thank you for helping us promote wellness, support, and understanding within our workplace and community.

Wishing you a healthy and positive June"

Combined Regional Communications Authority is so excited to share that our Deputy Director, Lindsay Hubbard, was invited to join a podcast! She talks about how we created our internship program and how it has changed the lives of interns we've had the pleasure of working with thus far. We look forward to many more interns and sharing what the world of dispatch looks like.

We would also like to give a shout out to The PaICE Team for allowing us to be a part of your activities!
