Today is the last day to register in person at 575 Ash Street to register for the September Session of Mat Pilates. You can register through Sunday, August 30th online at www.ccrec.org. Class begins on Monday, August 31st.

**Registration now for the September Session of Mat Pilates**

Pilates focuses on strengthening muscles, lower back, pelvic floor, hips, glutes, and abdominals through a series of exercises. These exercises are sure to sculpt your muscles and give your body a lean look. Likewise, Pilates can improve your posture as stretching is a vital part of this exercise. This low-impact exercise burns fat and helps you shed calories and is great for any age or body.
**YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN MAT AND 3 LB WEIGHTS**

Registration Ends: Friday, August 28th in person and Sunday, August 30th online.

CLASS DATES: August 31st - September 28th
(No class on September 7th)

TIME: 5:30 to 6:30 pm

DAYS: Mondays only

COST: $40 in district $55 out of district
