12) Any other language/material deemed inappropriate or offensive
Any comments that violate these guidelines may be removed by the Fremont County Sheriffs Office at its sole discretion, and without prior warning or notice. The Fremont County Sheriffs Office also reserves the right to block access to our social media pages to any user violating these guidelines, without prior warning or notice. The FCSO Detention Center maintains compliance with the Federal Prison R**e Elimination Act. All employees are vigilant in their efforts to prevent incidents from happening. Offender safety is a primary concern. When an alleged event is reported it is investigated fully, and when supported by evidence all available legal and administrative remedies are utilized. If anyone learns of or has information related to a PREA incident at the FCSO Detention Center, they are encouraged to contact the jail’s PREA Coordinator directly at (719) 276-5512. All PREA reports are investigated. False reporting laws may be applied when appropriate.
