Yesterday our newest ambulance, A5, received her official blessing from the New Hampshire Bureau of EMS. Today, she wasted no time getting to work and headed out on her maiden voyage!

And what better way to break in a brand-new ambulance than a trip through the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire!

🚑 A New Milestone for Priority Care Ambulance Service! 🚑

July was a month we'll never forget.

For the first time in our company's history, Priority Care Ambulance Service responded to 272 calls for service in a single month! 🎉

To put that into perspective, our busiest day saw our crews answer 15 calls in just 24 hours—a testament to the growing trust hospitals, healthcare partners, and patients place in our team every single day.

Achievements like this don't happen by accident. They happen because of the incredible dedication, professionalism, and teamwork shown by every member of the Priority Care family. From our EMS providers and dispatchers to our supervisors and administrative staff, each of you plays a vital role in making sure every patient receives the care they deserve.

As we continue to grow, our mission remains the same: providing safe, compassionate, and dependable medical transportation across New Hampshire.

Thank you to our amazing team for your hard work, long hours, and unwavering commitment. This milestone belongs to every one of you, and we couldn't be prouder.

We had a fantastic time last weekend at the Touch-A-Truck event supporting NH DCYF Foster Care!

Our crew enjoyed meeting children and families of all ages, giving tours of the ambulance, answering questions, and letting everyone get an up-close look at the equipment we use every day.

A huge thank you to the organizers for inviting us to be part of such a great community event and to everyone who stopped by.

We're excited to officially introduce the newest member of the Priority Care family - our brand-new 2026 Ford E-350!

This marks Ambulance #5 in our growing fleet, a milestone that reflects the trust our hospitals and patients continue to place in us.

A5 is equipped with the latest technology to help our crews provide safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care, including:
✅ ZOLL X-Series Cardiac Monitor
✅ Stryker Power-PRO 2 Stretcher
✅ Stryker Xpedition Powered Stair Chair
✅ Retractable Safety Harness Seating

We're just a few finishing touches away! Once the stretcher power-load system and radios are installed, the ambulance will receive its final inspection and approval from the Bureau of EMS and will be ready to hit the road serving hospitals across New Hampshire.

Sometimes our job comes with an unexpected view.

While finishing up a call in Concord, our crew caught a glimpse of the fireworks lighting up the night sky. Even on holidays, we're proud to be out serving our communities - every day, around the clock, whenever you need us.

✈️Where Every Journey is Our Priority! 🚑

Priority Care Ambulance Service once again had the honor of serving as the welcoming committee for a patient arriving in New Hampshire from out of state.

Our crew met the medical flight from Washington D.C at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, safely transported the patient and flight crew to the receiving hospital, and then returned the flight crew back to their aircraft so they could head home.

Even with temperatures pushing 100 degrees, the flight crew paused to snap a photo of our smiling crew out on the tarmac doing what they love—helping people and having a little fun along the way.

To the flight crew of Gateway International EMS, thank you for trusting us with the ground portion of your patient's journey. It was a pleasure working alongside you and we look forward to crossing paths again.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by to visit us at this weekend's Touch-a-Truck event in Concord! We had an incredible time meeting so many families, answering your questions, and sharing a little bit about what we do every day.

Our crews are always proud to show off the equipment that helps us care for our patients and to talk about the EMS profession.

Missed the event? No problem! You don't have to wait for the next Touch-a-Truck to see what we're all about. You're always welcome to stop by our station to check out our trucks, see our equipment, ask questions, and meet the crew. We love sharing what we do with our community!

Come visit Priority Care Ambulance Service at the Concord Walmart from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM for their Touch-a-Truck Event!

Be sure to stop by and say hi to our newest employee - Priority Pete! He'll be hanging out with our duty crew, ready to meet everyone and help make the day a lot of fun. We'll have an ambulance on site for the kiddos (and the kids at heart) to explore as well as hand out some goodies.

National CPR & AED Awareness Week may be ending, but the message is one worth sharing all year long. Emergencies don't follow a calendar and neither should CPR education.

At Priority Care Ambulance Service, we are committed to helping our community be ready when it matters most. That's why we offer American Heart Association (AHA) approved CPR classes all year-round.
