🏡 Median Price: $324,000 ⬆️ 6.2%
🏠 Active Listings: 371
🔑 Closed Sales: 64
⏱️ Days on Market: 74
📦 Inventory: 7.4 months

My takeaway?
▶️Buyers have choices, but homes ARE still selling.
In fact, the total time from listing to closing was 6 days faster than last July.
▶️For sellers, pricing + presentation matter.
For buyers, there may be room to negotiate and take a little more time finding the right property.
❗️And remember: county averages don't tell us what's happening with your specific home, neighborhood or price point.
