One of the many reasons I love to normalize conversations about grief and loss is because I’ve learned so much from others along the way!

Just simply getting my grey’s covered and hair’s cut led to another heartfelt and meaningful conversation where this TikTok was revealed.

As much as I have a love hate relationship with social media, this kind of stuff brings me back.
Thank you to my who’s been doing my hair since BC & AD and has rode the wild ride with me…
