Stark County Citizens for Children Services Helping Children Services make a difference in the lives of children and families in Stark County.

Stark County Children Services (SCCS) is responsible for receiving and responding to reports of child abuse and neglect in Stark County. SCCS provides an array of services to children in need of protection and their families.
