Come out and join the Sequoyah Band of Chiefs and other incredible Cherokee County bands as we perform our 2026 shows at the CCSD Marching Band Exhibition!

This is a great night to celebrate our talented student musicians, see each band’s show, and support marching band programs from across Cherokee County. Bring your school spirit, pack the stands, and get ready for a fantastic night of music and marching!

Our seniors enjoyed breakfast together today for their “Last First Day” of high school . It was a special time to celebrate all they’ve accomplished and the exciting journey that lies ahead.

To our seniors: We hope this year is filled with unforgettable memories, lasting friendships, and moments that make you proud. Enjoy every rehearsal, every performance, every football game, every competition, and every laugh along the way. The little moments often become the ones you’ll cherish the most.

Make this year count, support one another, and soak it all in. We’re excited to watch you lead, grow, and leave your mark on the Band of Chiefs. Here’s to an incredible senior year—we’re cheering you on every step of the way! 🖤💛

The Band of Chiefs wrapped up an incredible week of band camp, and what a week it was! 🎶☀️

One of the highlights was our annual theme days. Wednesday brought plenty of tropical vibes as everyone showed off their best Hawaiian outfits. Between the sunshine, colorful shirts, and lots of laughs, it was the perfect way to add a little extra fun to a week full of hard work.

Band camp may be about building the show, but it’s also about building friendships, creating memories, and enjoying every moment together. We’re excited for an amazing season ahead!
