Be advised, there is a heavy police presence in the area of Chapman St. attempting to locate a missing individual spotted in the area.

Mutual aid has been requested, including drone units.

Subject was last described as an 18 year old, black male, wearing a blue track jacket and blue pants.

Special attention to: Culloden Dr., Everett St., Chapman Knoll, White Sisters Way, Apple Blossom Way residents.
