To close out this week on a most congratulatory note, please join us in celebrating Michele Boone, Director of Clinical Services, on 15 years at the Board! Michele's supervisor, John Aller, said Michele has a certain mix of qualities that bring excellence to this role - respectfulness at all times; the ability to be direct but kind; an unwavering sense fairness; and a genuine love for system work. When faced with overwhelming projects, he commented on how she moves them forward step by step, holding herself responsible all along the way. John knows for certain that not only StarkMHAR, but Stark County, is better off with Michele in this position and we agree. Thank you for all the hard things you do, Michele!

Celebrating a 15-year anniversary this year is Jennifer McIntosh, Director of PartnerSolutions - a division of StarkMHAR that supports other Boards' operations in many areas of Ohio. PartnerSolutions has several business lines, each with a robust team behind it carrying out specialized services aimed at making behavioral health work better for all involved. Her manager, Ron Bammerlin, spoke about how the careful development of her teams has allowed for so much growth, and emphasized that she builds connections based on integrity and a people-first mindset. The positive impact of this will be felt for decades to come and we say thank you to Jen for such dedication and perseverance. In her free time, Jen is a devoted mom, wife, daughter, sibling and friend!

Meet Chrissy, Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Admin & Training Coordinator, who is also celebrating five years with StarkMHAR. Chrissy’s manager, Amanda, commented on the many areas where Chrissy’s expertise is valued: HUD knowledge, software abilities, and data/reporting analysis to name a few. She noted that Stark County is a better place because Chrissy works in this field, and even had a book of notes she’d been collecting of the various professional compliments Chrissy has received. That was a thick book, Chrissy, and we appreciate you!
