The Dahlia Society of Ohio recently featured the dahlia garden at Stadium Park, highlighting the 85 plants and 62 varieties now growing in the garden. 🌸
What began six years ago as a small memorial garden has grown into a beautiful display, thanks to the dedication of Barb Huff-Burch, who started the garden in memory of her father, Don Huff, an avid dahlia grower.
For years, local Garden Club volunteers and Parks staff have poured their time, passion, and hard work into the gardens at Stadium Park. Their efforts have helped make the Canton Garden Center a place woven into so many memories, from homecoming photos and weddings to family picnics and treasured days spent exploring the park as a child.
The dahlia garden is located at the Canton Garden Center, 1615 Stadium Park Drive NW. Stop by and take in the blooms while they’re at their peak.
