The heat and humidity are staying with us. Take care of yourselves and each other! Make sure the kids are getting plenty of water to drink and check in on the folks you know who have other illness or are elderly or both. Day after day of this can really take a toll on body and spirit!

Hot and humid conditions continue today, with an increasing shower/thunderstorm potential Wednesday through Friday bringing some modest relief. Heat builds right back in for the weekend. Check the forecast at weather.gov/stlouis.
