🐦‍🔥 SOMETIMES RECOVERY MEANS BECOMING THE PERSON YOU NEEDED A LONG TIME AGO.

This image stopped us.

Because beneath addiction, beneath the behaviors, beneath the consequences, and beneath all the things the world can see…

there is often a human being who learned how to survive long before they ever learned how to heal.

Recovery eventually asks us to look deeper.

Not simply:

“How do I stop using?”

But…

“What was I trying so desperately not to feel?”

“What am I still carrying?”

“Why do I keep abandoning myself?”

“And who might I become if I finally stopped running?”

There comes a point when the person standing in the mirror has an opportunity to become the safe place that younger version of themselves may have spent a lifetime searching for.

Someone who keeps their word.

Someone who establishes boundaries.

Someone who tells the truth.

Someone who learns to forgive.

Someone who protects their peace.

Someone who accepts love.

Someone who can finally say:

“I cannot change what happened to you…
but I can become the person who doesn’t leave you anymore.”

That is healing.

And maybe that’s one of the deeper truths of recovery:

We don’t recover by erasing who we were.

We recover by integrating our story—our wounds, our failures, our victories, our humanity—and discovering that none of it disqualified us from becoming som**hing more.

At The Phoenix Recovery Support Services, our job isn’t to save people.

We walk beside them while they rediscover the strength, dignity, courage, and possibility that were there all along.

Because eventually, recovery becomes more than surviving another day.

It becomes coming home to yourself.

And from there…

🐦‍🔥 you rise.

We Are The Phoenix.

💎🔥 THERE IS A WAY OUT. THERE IS A BETTER WAY. 🔥💎

Harrison Corner is proud to provide a home for another pathway of recovery in our community:

CRYSTAL M**H ANONYMOUS — CMA

If crystal m**h has taken pieces of your life—your relationships, your peace, your health, your freedom, your sense of who you are—hear this:

It doesn’t get to write the final chapter.

Recovery is real.

People who once couldn’t imagine going a day without using are living lives today they couldn’t have imagined while they were using.

Not perfect lives.

FREE lives.

Lives filled with purpose.
Relationships rebuilt.
Trust restored.
Families reconnecting.
People learning to laugh again.
People discovering who they are without the drug.

And it often begins with one incredibly difficult, incredibly courageous decision:

Walking through the door.

💎 CRYSTAL M**H ANONYMOUS
📅 EVERY TUESDAY NIGHT
⏰ 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
📍 Harrison Corner
1503 Harrison Ave SW
Canton, OH 44706

You don’t need to have recovery figured out.

You don’t need the right words.

You don’t need to impress anybody.

Just show up.

And if you’re already living in recovery, come help us build this meeting. Bring your experience. Bring your hope. Bring the evidence that another human being can look at and say:

“If they found a way out, maybe I can too.”

Because that’s one of the greatest gifts people in recovery can give one another:

Living proof.

💎 HOPE. FAITH. RECOVERY.

One day at a time.

We don’t use.
We recover.
WE LIVE. ❤️‍🔥

🔥Hey, NEW MONDAY NIGHT MEETING of He**in Anonymous 🔥 Harrison Corner 🔥 7pm-8pm! 🔥 BE THERE!

🔥💜 SOM**HING NEW STARTS TOMORROW NIGHT AT HARRISON CORNER! 💜🔥

Tomorrow isn’t just another Monday.

It’s the FIRST meeting of a brand-new He**in Anonymous meeting right here at Harrison Corner.

And somewhere in our community tonight, there may be someone who desperately needs to know that this room will be waiting for them tomorrow.

Someone tired of fighting alone.

Someone who has tried before.

Someone with one day clean—or someone with years of recovery who still understands the importance of one addict helping another.

Someone who isn’t even sure they’re ready yet.

Come anyway.

💜 HE**IN ANONYMOUS — SCORING HOPE 💜

📅 FIRST MEETING: TOMORROW — Monday, August 17th
⏰ 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
📍 Harrison Corner
1503 Harrison Ave SW
Canton, OH 44706

Then EVERY MONDAY NIGHT from 7–8 PM.

No judgment.
No pretending.
No requirement to have everything figured out.

Just real people, real recovery, and a place where you don’t have to walk through this alone.

And to those of you already living in recovery:

SHOW UP. ❤️

New meetings don’t become strong recovery communities because somebody hangs a sign on the door.

They become strong because people bring their experience, strength, hope, laughter, coffee, handshakes, phone numbers—and most importantly, themselves.

Help us give this meeting roots.

Share this post. Tag somebody. Bring somebody. Better yet, come sit in a chair yourself.

Because you never know when simply being in that chair means the person walking through the door for the first time sees living proof that recovery is possible.

Come as you are. Leave with hope.

💜 WE DO RECOVER. WE FIND FREEDOM. WE LIVE. 💜

🍕 “IF YOU FEED THEM… THEY WILL COME.” 😂

And if you feed them pizza, throw in some raffles and a 50/50… apparently you can build a pretty solid recovery meeting. 🤷‍♂️😂

But underneath the humor is som**hing pretty beautiful.

Sometimes people show up for the pizza.

Sometimes they show up because somebody invited them.

Sometimes they show up because they’re lonely, struggling, searching, or simply need to be around people who understand.

And sometimes… they walk through the door for one reason and leave with som**hing they never expected.

Hope. Connection. Gratitude. A new friend. Maybe even a new direction.

Tomorrow night, the Into Action 12 Step Retreat presents:

🙏 GRATITUDE IN ACTION

🎤 Speaker: Joe M. from Elyria
📅 Saturday, August 15, 2026
⏰ 8:00 PM
📍 Wanake Camp & Retreat Center
9463 Manchester Ave SW
Beach City, OH 44608

This is an OPEN MEETING — everyone is welcome.

🎟️ Raffles
💰 50/50
🍕 And yes… PIZZA AFTER THE MEETING!

Come hungry.

Maybe for pizza.

Maybe for fellowship.

Maybe for som**hing you can’t quite put into words yet.

Just come. ❤️

Because sometimes the meal gets someone through the door…

but the fellowship is what feeds them.

🍕🙏❤️

🐦‍🔥 Before you go to bed tonight…

Maybe you don’t have to figure everything out tonight.

Maybe every problem doesn’t need an answer before your head hits the pillow.

Maybe tonight, it’s enough to recognize:

You made it through today.

Recovery teaches us som**hing powerful—we can spend so much time worrying about tomorrow that we forget to recognize the miracle of where we are standing today.

Slow down.

Breathe.

Give yourself permission to rest.

Whatever you’re carrying can wait until morning. And whatever happened yesterday does not get to decide what happens tomorrow.

There is still more of your story ahead of you.

More growth.
More healing.
More connection.
More purpose.
More opportunities to become the person you’re discovering you were capable of being all along.

Rest tonight.

Tomorrow, we rise again. 🐦‍🔥
