Dear Hillside Families,

We are excited to welcome our Hillside Cubs back to school! 💚💛 To help make morning arrival as safe, smooth, and efficient as possible, please review the arrival procedures below and refer to the attached map for guidance.

🚗 PK, Kindergarten & 1st Grade
Students should be dropped off using the right lane of the front drive. Students need to exit the vehicle on the passenger side directly onto the sidewalk.

🚙 2nd, 3rd & 4th Grade
Students should use the left lane of the front drive. Students may exit the vehicle on the driver’s side onto the grass or walk through the middle to the designated coned lane.

A few important reminders:

• Please pull all the way forward past the crosswalk before stopping.
• Parents should remain in their vehicles during arrival.
• Please follow staff directions and use extra caution in our arrival lanes.
• When exiting the front drive, the right lane will turn right and the left lane will turn left to help keep traffic moving efficiently.
• The bus lane is for buses only.

Our biggest priority is keeping our Cubs safe while getting everyone into the building and ready for a great day of learning. Your patience and cooperation—especially during the first few days of school—make a tremendous difference!

Please take a moment to review the Hillside Arrival/Dismissal Maps attached to this post before the first morning of school.
