WOW! The CAP saw over 53,000 visitors during the 2026 season. From Toddler Time to birthday parties, weekends and members only events, you all came out and made a SPLASH at the CAP this season. Keep an eye out on our social for Cyber Monday specials later this year, then the announcement of the 2027 season in the spring. See you next year!

Pass holders get one last big SPLASH at the CAP before the end of the season! The End of Summer Bash will be on Friday, August 7th from 7:30 - 9:30 pm.

Bring in your own food and drinks (no glass or alcohol), your own pool toys (no snorkels), and enjoy one last SPLASH at the CAP as a 2026 Season Pass Holder! Prepackaged food and fountain drinks will be available at the concession stand.

It’s National Lifeguard Day! We’re so thankful to all our lifeguards for spending the summer with us. The CAP employs almost 100 students and adults throughout the summer from admissions to lifeguards to concessions.

Next time you see a lifeguard, be sure to thank them for their important role here at the CAP!

New Water Bottle Policy at the CAP!

Staying hydrated just got even easier! Beginning August 1 through August 15, guests are welcome to bring in ONE EMPTY reusable water bottle per person (Stanley, Owala, etc) to refill for FREE at our new water filling station.

Before you head through the gate, please remember:
💧 Bottles must be completely empty
💧 Bottles must be taken apart for inspection at entry
💧 Free refills are available at the water filling station inside the park

Pack your favorite reusable bottle, cool off, and make a SPLASH at the CAP for the rest of 2026! 🌊

TWO TODDLER TIMES LEFT!

Toddler Time is Friday, July 31 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am! This is a special session during the morning exclusively for you and a child (4 years old or younger). Due to a limited lifeguard staff during this time, we require one adult per child to be present. Only toddlers are allowed during this session.

NEW in 2026: Tickets now include one or two adults per one child! This is an option for one additional adult to join the original ticket holder for an additional $2! Select "Toddler Time with 2 Adults" for $6 to add an extra adult to the ticket.

There are 30 spots open per week, but these will sell out fast! The $4 ticket purchase covers entry for one adult and one child. Season passes do not apply to this session. Tickets go on sale at 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 29 here: https://canyontx.gov/590/Toddler-Time

We're celebrating 9 years at the CAP this Saturday, July 18th!
Christmas in July will have $20 CAP cup specials and $1 fudge bars and ice cream sandwiches. There will also be a Christmas tree with giveaways during both sessions!

Giveaways include tickets and family packs for the 2026 season, CAP cups, and season passes for the 2027 season!

Tickets go on sale Thursday, July 16th, 48-hours in advance of each session. We hope to see you all this weekend to celebrate 9 years at the CAP! ☀️

3:00 pm update: the second session for July 12th has been cancelled due to weather. Refunds will be issued to those who have purchased tickets.

The 5-8pm session is still scheduled to open! CAP staff are actively watching the weather. Keep an eye on FB for the update!

The Bloodmobile will be at the Canyon Area Library from 1:00 - 3:00 pm on Friday, July 10th. Donors will be entered to win a 6 passes to the CAP!
